The Rossignol Cultural Centre is located in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. The Rossignol is a 24,000 sq. ft. newly renovated, multi-faceted cultural centre, featuring a variety of Museums, Art Galleries, Libraries and Wildlife. As part of the Rossignol Cultural Centre, please visit the Sherman Hines Museum of Photography Annex located in the old town hall buiding, a five minute walk from the Rossignol.

New Shows on Exhibit

May 15-May 31/09 - Student Art Fair showcasing various forms of art from our local students

June 1-July 15/09 - Studio Art Quilt Association "Synthesis", an exhibit of the work of Canadian artists that use textile as their main medium of expression.

June 1-July 15/09 - "Shelburne Then and Now" A celebration of 225 years of county history by the Rug Hookers of Shelburne County.

July 16-Sept 7/09 - "Art Hits The Wall". This unique display of quilts and hooked rugs is a must see!

The Sherman Hines Museum of Photography is located in Liverpool's Old Town Hall building and features a diverse array of exhibits. We also offer a seasonal programme of exhibits by local, national and internationally acclaimed photographers.
